Providing top-notch customer support

Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Promote and upsell our products/services, helping customers make informed decisions
Handle customer issues and resolve complaints efficiently
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for marketing initiatives
Learn to coach, train, develop and oversee a team of Account Managers
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of prior Customer Service experience
Great Communication skills needed
Preferred
2-4 year degree preferred but not required
Leadership or Management experience is a bonus
