Responsibilities
Serve as a Designated School Official (DSO) for F-1 students
Manage and maintain student records in SEVIS
Report qualifying events and respond to ICE requests
Process Summer Camper F-1 requests
Manage PhD residency requests
Coordinate pre-arrival sessions
Provide virtual advising to international students
Provide backup support for CPT, OPT, and STEM processing
Assist with orientation and semester check-ins
Participate in international student events
Collaborate with the ISSS team to enhance processes and customer service
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification

Able to work in a fast paced student oriented environment

A bachelor's degree is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered in lieu of a degree
