Provides guidance and oversight of area operations with direction from the store manager during assigned shift
Time is spent ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality
Trains, supervises, disciplines, and evaluates all baristas
Determines weekly work schedule and establishes a daily work plan for the department
As well as other departmental duties
Qualification
Required
Exceptional customer service skills

18 years of age or older
Preferred
Food safety knowledge is helpful
