This role involves full operational responsibility for assigned production cells within the FAA Part 145 Repair Station, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement and maintaining high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities
Ensure a constant state of operational readiness
Lead, coach and develop teams
Create a safe, engaged and high-performing environment
Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer and internal requirements
Drive continuous improvement and monitor business performance through clear metrics
Ensure delivery of products and services that meet quality, conformity and workmanship standards
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership experience within an aerospace MRO environment
Experience within a Part 145 Repair Station
Strong understanding of avionics LRU and component maintenance
Ability to manage operational performance
Experience in developing teams
Conflict resolution skills
Ability to drive improvement initiatives
Maintaining rigorous safety, quality and compliance standards
Strong communication skills
Sound judgement
Ability to interpret technical data, manuals and specifications
Comfortable working with ERP systems
Ability to use data to inform decisions
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Preferred
Direct knowledge of CFR 14 Part 145
FAA A&P licence or eligibility for a Repairman Certificate
