Responsibilities
Provide hands-on functional and technical support for Jesta Vision retail systems
Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, onshore customers, and offshore L1.5/L2/L3 support teams
Support end-to-end retail business processes, including item onboarding, inventory management, pricing and promotions, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, store operations, returns, stock reconciliation, and seasonal planning
Support retail merchandising functions with foundational knowledge of SCM and distribution centre operations
Provide L2/L3 production support
Troubleshoot functional and data-related issues across item setup, pricing, purchase orders, receipts, allocations, inventory adjustments, sales orders, returns, and transfers
Monitor and maintain batch jobs, interface queues, and integrations with eCommerce platforms, payment gateways, third-party logistics providers, and finance systems
Analyze the current-state retail merchandising system architecture
Identify opportunities for improvement
Support minor enhancements, configuration changes, and approved data fixes
Analyze data issues using SQL queries and joins
Experience with integrations such as EDI, REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP/file-based transfers, message queues, log analysis, batch schedulers, and job monitoring tools
Exposure to Oracle RMS or other retail merchandising and SCM platforms is considered an advantage
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise across multiple Jesta Vision modules, including Merchandising, Inventory/WMS, Store/POS, and Order Management/Omnichannel
Support end-to-end retail business processes, including item onboarding, inventory management, pricing and promotions, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, store operations, returns, stock reconciliation, and seasonal planning
Support retail merchandising functions with foundational knowledge of SCM and distribution centre operations
Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting functional and data-related issues across item setup, pricing, purchase orders, receipts, allocations, inventory adjustments, sales orders, returns, and transfers
