Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

Support the Chief Marketing Officer and Art Director with day-to-day creative requests, assisting in the production of both digital and print assets
Own the creation of trade show booth layouts, retail guides, and print/packaging materials in the absence of the Chief Marketing Officer and Art Director
Design and produce high-quality graphic artwork across multiple channels, including:
Digital marketing assets
Social media assets (static and motion)
Email marketing assets
Webpage and e-commerce assets
Look books, fit and retail guides, line sheets, and sales collateral
Special event and tradeshow branded materials
Create wireframes and layout designs for web pages with strong attention to typography, hierarchy, spacing, and composition
Develop original illustrations, graphics, and visual concepts for social and digital platforms
Execute motion design and video editing for social media and digital marketing usage
Assist with video production, including editing, formatting, and optimization for various platforms
Support photoshoot pre-production and post-production, including retouching and high-end image manipulation
Translate the brand’s visual language consistently across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand standards
Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, E-Commerce, and PR teams to translate messaging into compelling visual assets
Partner with the Creative Team to research, concept, and develop seasonal campaigns, mood boards, and original content
Assist in creating prototypes, mock-ups, and presentation materials as needed
Organize, manage, and maintain creative assets with strong attention to detail and version control
Plan and execute concepts by researching trends, gathering inspiration, and working toward the Chief Executive Officer’s vision
Maintain technical and creative knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional design communities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or brand-driven environments (in-house or agency)
Proven experience supporting senior creative leadership and managing day-to-day creative production across digital and print
Strong foundation in typography, layout design, composition, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma
Experience designing and producing multi-channel assets, including digital marketing, social media (static and motion), email campaigns, web and e-commerce assets, and sales collateral
Demonstrated ability to create trade show materials, retail guides, packaging, look books, line sheets, and branded event or experiential assets
Strong web design experience, including wireframing and layout design with a digital-first mindset; basic HTML knowledge preferred
Experience with motion design and video editing for social media and digital marketing platforms
Advanced retouching and image manipulation skills, with experience supporting photoshoot pre-production and post-production
Ability to develop original illustrations, graphics, and visual concepts aligned with brand standards
Strong research, concept development, and mood boarding skills for seasonal campaigns and creative initiatives
Excellent organizational and asset management skills, including version control and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, E-Commerce, and PR teams
High attention to detail with the ability to execute projects from concept through final delivery
Strong creative instincts, trend awareness, and a genuine interest in fashion, lifestyle, and brand-driven design
