Coordinate with underwriters, appraisers, and other third-party vendors to facilitate the loan process
Maintain a thorough understanding of mortgage products and services to effectively assist clients
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the banking or mortgage industry
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Associate's degree in finance, business, or a related field
Familiarity with mortgage loan processing software and tools
Knowledge of federal and state mortgage regulations
