Responsibilities

Divide your time between high-stakes execution, viral engineering, and data-driven experimentation
Launch and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit
Scale performance via Google App Campaigns, podcast sponsorships, and influencer partnerships
Build the attribution infrastructure required to track CAC by channel and cohort with surgical precision
Design and launch dual-sided referral mechanics and viral loops to lower blended CAC
Execute distribution partnerships through employers, colleges, and niche communities
Own the funnel: Identify drop-off points from download to active usage and run rapid retention experiments
Build cohort analysis dashboards to monitor activation, retention, and LTV
Maintain an "experimentation obsession"—running lean tests and killing underperforming tactics quickly

Required

7+ years leading growth at a high-growth B2C app or marketplace (mobile-first preferred)
Strong track record scaling user acquisition in competitive US consumer markets
Highly proficient in cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and full-funnel optimization
Equally comfortable in paid media platforms and building attribution infrastructure
Experience in proving unit economics with constrained budgets before scaling

Preferred

Preferably US-based (or UK-based with a demonstrable and deep understanding of the US market)
