Required
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
8+ years of experience in workplace safety, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or other industrial operations
Knowledge of OSHA, Cal/OSHA, environmental and chemical safety and workplace regulatory compliance
Demonstrated experience building or restructuring company-wide safety programs
Strong leadership presence and ability to influence across all levels of an organization
Ability to work onsite regularly across multiple locations
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Preferred
Master's degree or professional certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CHMM
Experience in cannabis, agriculture, or other highly regulated industries
