Responsibilities
Define and execute the supply chain technology strategy aligned with business growth, operational efficiency, and resilience objectives
Oversee technology platforms supporting supply chain planning, inventory management, procurement, manufacturing, transportation, and fulfillment
Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and Data leaders to translate operational needs into scalable technology solutions
Lead system selection, implementation, integration, and optimization initiatives across ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS, and planning tools
Drive adoption of automation, analytics, AI, and advanced optimization tools to improve visibility, forecasting, and decision-making
Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and performance of supply chain technology platforms
Establish governance, standards, and best practices for supply chain systems, data quality, and integrations
Manage technology roadmaps, budgets, vendors, and system integrators to deliver outcomes on time and within scope
Support digital transformation initiatives focused on cost reduction, service improvement, and risk mitigation
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing supply chain technology organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain technology, enterprise systems, or operations technology roles
Proven experience leading large-scale supply chain system implementations and transformations
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and supporting technologies (ERP, WMS, TMS, planning systems)
Demonstrated ability to partner with senior operational leaders and deliver technology-enabled outcomes
Excellent leadership, communication, and program management skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business (MBA)
Prior experience in a VP-level supply chain technology, IT, or digital transformation role
Experience in complex, global, or omnichannel supply chain environments
Background in cloud-based platforms, advanced analytics, and automation technologies
Track record of leading digital supply chain modernization initiatives
