Latitude Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Technician to support, maintain, and expand enterprise network environments. The role requires strong technical expertise in network installations and troubleshooting, particularly in data centers and enterprise IT settings.

Responsibilities

Perform network racking, stacking, mounting, and labeling of switches, routers, firewalls, and related network equipment

Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot copper and fiber cabling (Cat5e/Cat6/Cat6a, single-mode and multi-mode fiber)

Design and maintain clean, organized, and standards-compliant rack layouts and cable management

Assist with network hardware deployments, upgrades, and decommissioning efforts

Troubleshoot Layer 1–3 network issues, including connectivity, performance, and hardware failures

Configure and support network devices under guidance of network engineers (VLANs, trunking, port configurations, IP addressing)

Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams during infrastructure installs and migrations

Maintain network documentation, rack diagrams, port maps, and asset inventories

Provide on-site support for data centers and remote facilities as needed

Mentor junior technicians and provide technical guidance during deployments

Follow change management, security, and safety procedures
