Design and optimize AI-powered workflows for large-scale content generation
Translate brand guidelines into reusable creative components for AI systems
Develop prompts and strategies to guide generative AI models
Establish quality standards and integrate human-in-the-loop processes
Partner with creative teams to implement scalable AI solutions
Qualification
Required
5+ years in design or creative production with hands-on generative AI experience
Strong portfolio showcasing AI-driven projects
Expertise in prompt engineering and workflow design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office 365, and MAC systems
Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Runway)
High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred
Experience in large organizations or creative agencies
Background in retail or healthcare industries
Knowledge of MRM tools (e.g., Workfront)
Strong problem-solving abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative team player with enthusiasm and positive attitude
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Bachelor's Degree in Design, Computer Science, AI, or equivalent experience preferred
