Source and execute senior living acquisition opportunities
Lead underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution
Structure and negotiate debt and equity investments
Support municipal bond and LIHTC financing for developments
Partner on geographic expansion strategies
Evaluate and launch new, complementary business lines
Mentor and develop investment team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of experience in investments, strategy, or real estate
Proven experience structuring debt and equity transactions
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Preferred
Senior living or long-term care experience strongly preferred
