The Associate Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and communicating Air Care Fragrance Marketing information to support Marketing, Sales and Fragrance Development on designated accounts.

Responsibilities

Provide support to Marketing and other functions by monitoring, synthesizing and disseminating market and consumer information in support of company objectives, projects and initiatives. Repurpose presentations, leveraging client work

Track all new launches in a diverse assortment of categories, product and ingredient trends

Track all seasonal and everyday fragrance trends, benefits, performs gap analysis by brand

Create category reviews for internal and external teams

Organize, design and implement marketing presentations to customers related to new product concepts

Work with Evaluators, R&D and Fragrance Applications to develop new product ideas

Support MANE affiliates

Handle special tasks and projects as requested in order to meet company objectives

Other duties and responsibilities in support of company objectives
