Director of Business Development
TechTriad is seeking a senior Business Development Manager with a strong focus on new logo acquisition in the US IT staffing and solutions market. The role involves opening new accounts, closing deals, and driving revenue growth while managing a robust sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
Acquire new logos across Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS programs
Sell IT staffing (contract, C2H, full-time) and SOW / solution-based engagements
Own full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Build and manage a strong US sales pipeline
Negotiate MSAs, rate cards, and commercial terms
Qualification
Required
8–15+ years in US IT staffing & solution sales (hunter role)
Proven success in new client acquisition
Strong knowledge of MSP/VMS and US staffing models
Preferred
Existing US client relationships preferred
