Responsibilities

Be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations

Plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design

Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines

Support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape

Required

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology

This position may require travel to Project / client locations which is Detroit, MI

Preferred

At least 11 years of experience in BRIM Convergent Charging implementations End to end know how of BRIM process flow; Exposure in client facing roles; Good exposure in design and development. Preferable Utility – Energy experience

CC upgrade experienced is preferable from 4.0 to 2023 FS03

Integration with SAP CM for Usage related data and CITs generation

Extensive hands on experience on SAP Convergent Charging Core tool, Admin tool, Bart tool

Worked on Chargeable Item Class, Pricing Macro, Charge Plan, Rating & Charging for One Time, Usage and Recurring Charges, Product Cross-Catalog Modelling

Working experience on Mapping and rating tables

Have good knowledge on the Provider Contract & Subscriber Account - Billable Item Mapping & Consumption Item Mapping Integration

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in 1 or 2 End to End SAP BRIM projects. Order to cash would be ideal

Excellent client facing, communication skills and well versed with project implementation methodologies

The person should be able to support client from 8 AM to 5 PM EST

Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore

Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day
