Program Manager
Akkodis is seeking a Business Program Manager who will work on well-defined tasks within broader project scopes under direct guidance. The role involves utilizing automation tools to enhance efficiency, collaborating with project managers, and developing processes to improve project quality and stakeholder accountability.
Responsibilities
Develop written documentation that defines solution scope, solution design, task-level deliverables, milestones, and management processes to ensure stakeholder accountability with regular guidance
Assist with developing strategic programs; act as an authority in the domain within own team to facilitate the leadership team on making decisions to move product/program excellence forward
Contribute to establishing and tracking process in collaboration with stakeholders, hold stakeholders/own teams accountable for following the established processes: identify sponsors and stakeholders and secures resources, ensure work alignment with compliance/privacy policies, identify opportunities for and implement process improvements (e.g., automating the process), and support or promote the adoption of processes with direct guidance
Assist with streamlining program goals and prioritization as the leader/stakeholder with direct guidance, translate other stakeholders’ needs into program goals and prioritized deliverables, define program roadmap and work streams, and drive decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables
Support the development of project roadmaps and use them to manage stakeholder expectations, as well as for communicating plans and coordinating resources
Manage expectations and maintain relationships with stakeholders within own team to build rapport and credibility, plan, create, deliver content, and provide input to help stakeholders achieve project goals
Deliver effective, strategic communications directed toward a variety of stakeholder groups/audiences in order to share and solicit information depending on the need, with direct guidance
Support risk identification and risk assessment activities with direct guidance as well as monitoring risk and recording its evolution and influence on project/program objectives
Collaborate with team members and/or key stakeholders to understand or identify work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact within own team
Contribute to refining Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) across a single program. Contribute to progress on OKRs with the organizational team
Partner with and support cross-functional teams and stakeholders with direct guidance
