Beemac Logistics is a leading freight brokerage firm seeking a Freight Sales Manager to lead and develop their sales team. The role involves conducting training, managing performance, and ensuring sales targets are met while fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct sales training for all new sales employees

Conduct weekly & monthly sales meetings

Create sales targets and track daily, weekly and monthly pacing based on projections

Conduct performance reviews for assigned team members

Manage the CRM, track data being entered and run reports as needed

Ensure goals and expectations are achieved such as: phone stats, new customers, revenue, margins and other daily metrics

Assist with customer quotes and execution of day-to-day operations including but not limited to building, booking and dispatching loads

Assist with hiring process

Communicate, train, and manage remote employees

Individuals and teams are meeting/exceeding targeted goals

Team’s margin dollars and percentages are maximized

The efficient and effective conversion from trainee to Client Solutions Manager

Continuous growth across multiple verticals
