Responsibilities

Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to build brand awareness, drive engagement and achieve business objectives
Develop, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging and on-brand content for all social media platforms, including text, images, videos and other multimedia
Oversee daily activity across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, ensuring consistency in tone, voice and aesthetics
Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, company initiatives and marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with broader corporate strategies
Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions to foster a positive online community and strengthen relationships with followers
Track and analyse social media performance metrics, generating insights and recommendations to improve engagement and ROI
Stay informed of emerging trends, tools and best practices in social media, incorporating them into the company’s strategy where relevant to drive innovation and creativity
Work closely with marketing, communications, creative and other cross functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaigns
Manage social media communications during crises or sensitive situations, ensuring the company’s voice is consistent and aligned with its values
Collaborate with internal teams to promote employee engagement and advocacy programs on social media
Foster relationships with influencers, partners, and industry professionals to amplify brand reach and engagement

Required

5 - 7 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or Specialist, ideally in an international organization, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment
Experience in digital marketing techniques, social media management and writing for a variety of digital media styles
Comfortable and credible working with executive leaders
University degree (bachelor's or equivalent) in related field (e.g., communications, marketing, journalism)
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS corporate setting
Strong verbal communication skills; can give a concise elevator speech about Sphera and Sphera's solutions
Exceptional writing skills (able to write social posts and respond to engagement). Can alter communication style to fit audiences that include all colleagues as well as upper management
Strong grasp of brand voice, identity and positioning, with the ability to ensure consistency across all social media content
Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native platform analytics), and content management systems
Proven ability to create and execute successful social media strategies and campaigns
Skilled in engaging with audiences, fostering a sense of community and building relationships with followers
Ability to manage online conversations and respond to inquiries or comments promptly and professionally
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Creative, proactive, and adaptable with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative content ideas
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred

Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing is a plus
Project management experience is a plus
