Responsibilities

Manage campaign execution across multiple channels, including paid search, paid social, display, email, organic social, and content distribution
Analyze performance data and use insights to optimize campaigns in real time, adjusting messaging, channels, and budgets as needed
Strategically allocate budgets across channels to maximize ROI and campaign performance
Vet, select, and manage third-party vendors, agencies, and media partners to ensure cost-effective, high-quality delivery

Required

3+ years of general marketing experience with a B2B SaaS company, targeting a wide range of segments and personas
Experience managing paid advertising, paid social, marketing automation, email campaigns, dashboards, marketing reports
Strong writing skills across email, ad copy, and social media content
Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, start-up environment
Ability to present ideas & reporting and make data-driven decisions
Strong analytical aptitude and comfort working with performance data
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without stipulations and be residents of the United States
Following the offer of employment, all roles will require a background check and a drug and alcohol test. HubSpot experience strongly preferred (experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, or ActiveCampaign also transferable)
