Responsibilities
Providing leadership and guidance to employees while optimizing production
Meeting production schedules to achieve business goals
Communicating effectively with managers, supervisors, and employees
Leading multi-functional project teams of technical and operations functions
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in: Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any Engineering related degree
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with a preferred expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027
Must be in close proximity to Mondelez International's Naperville, IL Plant (1555 Ogden Ave, Naperville, IL 60540)
Must be available to do full-time hours (40 hours per week) over the Summer, and part-time hours during the Spring and Fall 2026 school semester
Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Mondelēz International (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status)
