Responsibilities
Contribute to continuous process improvement aligned with the level/function
The AP team is primarily responsible for supporting locations with invoice posting, expensing P-cards, handling phone calls from locations, reconciling GL schedules, completing monthly close and electronic binders, processing checks, and new vendor setup
Ensure efficiency, compliance, and accurate vendor payments
Support and lead a team of direct reports (approx. 3-4)
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of AP and MEC related to payables
3-4 years of Management or Lead experience
Excel with pivot tables and Vlookup
High-volume invoice processing
