Responsibilities
Drive sanctions-related remediation across policies, standards, and control frameworks
Map OFAC and global sanctions requirements to internal policies, procedures, and screening controls; identify and remediate gaps
Review and validate sanctions risk documentation for new and modified products
Assess sanctions screening governance, escalation, and decisioning frameworks
Develop and maintain regulatory traceability and audit-ready documentation
Partner cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, and Operations teams
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in sanctions compliance, financial crimes, or regulatory transformation
Hands-on experience supporting sanctions remediation, enforcement-driven change, or regulatory programs
Strong knowledge of OFAC regulations, global sanctions regimes, and screening methodologies
Experience with regulatory mapping, policy development, and traceability
Background in fintech, digital banking, payments, or financial services
