Responsibilities

Analyze, design, implement, and deploy legal applications with user personalization on physical/virtual desktops

Integrate and support core legal EUAs: profile, configure, customize, troubleshoot in zero-trust/hybrid security environments

Resolve application issues; collaborate with vendors on legal software challenges

Configure OS/system settings, Group Policy, Intune policies for performance, security, and UX optimization

Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, implement improvements

Mentor juniors, cross-train staff, maintain detailed technical documentation

Required

Strong experience integrating/supporting legal applications: iManage Work 10, Litera Desktop suite (Compare, Innova, Contract Companion), IntApp Time, Adobe Acrobat DC

Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365/Office 365 (Edge, OneDrive, Teams), Office add-ins, toolbar customization, application integration

Hands-on with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Intune

Advanced PowerShell and SQL for automation and optimization

Proficiency in performance/troubleshooting tools: Windows Performance Analyzer, ControlUp, Perfmon, Wireshark

Strong problem-solving, testing, and documentation skills focused on legal application performance and integration
