Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation using tools like Wrike, MS Project, and Monday.com

Handle multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity and timelines

Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business and technical requirements

Translate requirements into actionable tasks and ensure alignment with project objectives

Create and manage test cases, coordinate testing activities, and validate deliverables

Oversee defect tracking and resolution

Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate

Contribute to PMO development and governance standards

Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly

Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries

Facilitate meetings and ensure clear communication across teams

Manage release schedules, deployment plans, and ensure compliance with change control

Required

US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within IT or technology domains

Proven experience on IT projects related to data warehouse, IT infrastructure, cloud platforms

Experience managing projects across multiple locations

Understanding of underlying technologies such as databases (DB), virtual machines (VMs), operating systems (OS), networking, cloud, and security principles

Hands-on experience with SQL for creating queries and basic data analysis

Familiarity with project management tools (Wrike, MS Project, Monday.com)

Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
