Responsibilities
Fosters a positive and successful working environment, creating partnership with team members, leadership, and providers
Assists leadership in coordination of the patient flow and ensuring a smooth clinic operation
Monitors status of available technicians, testers and team members to coordinate patient care and reduce patient wait times
Prepares patient rooms as necessary to expedite the rooming of patients
Communicates with team members and providers to facilitate patient movement throughout the clinic and address any patient concerns
Escalates any patient and/or team member concerns to the Clinical Supervisor/Practice Administrator
Qualification
Required
Ability to foster a positive and successful working environment
Experience in coordinating patient flow and ensuring smooth clinic operations
Ability to monitor the status of available technicians, testers, and team members
Skills in preparing patient rooms to expedite the rooming of patients
Strong communication skills to facilitate patient movement and address concerns
Ability to escalate patient and/or team member concerns to the Clinical Supervisor/Practice Administrator
