Responsibilities
Manage client onboarding from document collection through go-live
Process financial documents including custodial statements, K-1s, and capital account statements
Configure client accounts, entity structures, and investment hierarchies in the platform
Perform quality assurance on portfolio valuations and reports before client delivery
Build and maintain automated data processes using Python or SQL
Identify and document data discrepancies and platform issues, collaborating with the development team on resolution
Train clients on platform navigation and features
Qualification
Required
3-5 years in wealth management operations, family office, RIA, or fund administration
Experience with a portfolio reporting platform (Addepar, Black Diamond, Orion, Tamarac, or similar)
Ability to read and interpret investment documents including K-1s and capital account statements
Proficiency in Python or SQL for data manipulation and automation
Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate workflows
Strong Excel skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Fast learner and takes direction well
Clear written and verbal communication
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quickly
Preferred
Exposure to alternative investments (private equity, hedge funds)
Experience with multi-entity family office structures
Experience building automated data pipelines or reporting processes
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience considered
