Operate a motor grader equipped with Topcon GPS for fine grading and base preparation
Lead and direct the grading crew to meet production targets
Maintain equipment and report any mechanical issues
Read and interpret grading plans and elevations
Ensure safe, organized, and efficient jobsite operations
Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and inspectors
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience operating motor graders in civil construction
Proven proficiency with GPS machine control systems
Supervisory experience managing or directing a grading crew
Valid driver's license
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
A Criminal Background Search, Driver's License Check, and Drug Screening are required before hire
