Program Coordinator
IFG - International Financial Group is seeking a Program Coordinator to support a fast-paced, innovative technology and research-driven environment. The role involves coordinating onboarding processes, managing logistics for events, and providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a seamless experience for employees and stakeholders
Maintain and update trackers, Excel workbooks, distribution lists, and access permissions
Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting onboarding/offboarding issues
Manage logistics for on-site and virtual meetings, events, and catering
Provide general administrative support including supply management, space coordination, and special projects
Support procurement and expense processes, including reconciliations and approvals
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in administrative support, program coordination, operations, or customer service
Bachelor's degree or higher education
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proactive communicator with a customer-first mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Experience working in large, matrixed organizations or tech giants
Comfortable navigating ambiguity with guidance
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Interest in working within a technology or research-focused environment
Comfortable using corporate tools and systems
Ability to occasionally lift or move items up to 20 lbs
