Answer incoming calls and other communications from loan customers and others, assisting them with their varied inquiries
Resolve our loan customers’ requests timely and professionally
Engage in outbound calls to provide exceptional service and follow up for our customers
Create and maintain appropriate customer records
Qualification
Required
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Goal-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and focus in a busy office environment
