Responsibilities

Draft legal documents such as wills, trusts and advanced directives using Lawgic estate planning software

Assist attorneys in organizing and managing case files; including maintaining document databases and electronic records

Conduct legal research on estate planning and estate and gift tax topics

Communicate with clients, beneficiaries and financial institutions to provide timely updates and provide documentation as needed

Attend all client signings with attorneys

Required

Minimum of an associate's degree

At least two years of paralegal experience

Paralegal Certificate from an ABA approved program

Experience working with Florida estate planning documents
