$20/hr - $20/hrThe New York Mets are seeking Gameday Marketing Representatives to assist with various activities during all regular season home games. This role is ideal for local college students looking to gain experience in the sports industry while providing a fun and safe environment for guests at Citi Field.

Responsibilities
Provide a safe and fun experience for guests at Citi Field
Assist with activation of fan programs including: Kids Club, Block Parties, Mr. and Mrs. Met Dash and others as needed
Day of Game Responsibilities: Greet and check in members, answer questions about the club, handle customer service issues, represent the Mets organization in a professional and friendly manner
Mr. & Mrs. Met Dash (kids run the bases after the game): assist participants and parents, manage lines and traffic flow
Fan Activations: Set up and prep activation area, engage and interact with fans, breakdown and clear area at game time
Assist with other gameday activities: Field visits, tours, special events
Must be available to work nights and weekends throughout the 2026 Mets Regular season schedule (March – September)

Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal communication skills
Outgoing and comfortable working in a fan facing, customer service focused role
Excellent problem solving skills – ability to think on your feet to resolve issues as they arise
Ability to work well with others, from fellow interns and front office staff to athletes, fans, customers and corporate clients
Professional conduct, image and demeanor
Must be available for the entire Mets 2026 regular season (work schedule will be provided)
Consistent and punctual attendance. Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays when the team plays home games
Must have own transportation to and from Citi Field
Preferred
Related coursework and/or experience a plus
Some knowledge of the New York Mets and Major League Baseball rules, history and players
