Responsibilities
Deliver pre and post-contract cost management services
Provide detailed cost estimates, budget planning, and procurement advice
Lead value engineering and change management
Support contract administration and risk mitigation
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
Produce cost reports and track project financials through all phases
Qualification
Required
USA citizen or have a green card on an H1B visa
Degree in Quantity Surveying
Experience working on mission-critical projects for a consultancy
Experience working within a similar role, working on Data Centre projects or mission-critical
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Proficient in tools such as CostX, Excel, and MS Project
