Responsibilities

Lead requirement gathering for IAM functionalities such as SSO, MFA, RBAC/ABAC, provisioning, and JML processes
Document BRDs/FRDs, user stories, process flows, and access models
Define role structures, entitlement mappings, approval workflows, and certification processes
Coordinate application onboarding to IAM tools (Auth0, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, etc.)
Support UAT planning, test case creation, and validation for IAM features
Work with security, compliance, and audit teams to ensure governance adherence
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IAM technical teams

Required

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 4–5 years in IAM
Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, OAuth/OIDC, SAML, AD/Azure AD, RBAC, JML, and access governance
Hands-on experience with IAM platforms like Okta, Auth0, Azure AD, SailPoint, CyberArk, etc
Proficiency in documenting requirements, workflows, data flows, and integration specifications
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical abilities
Experience working in Agile environments (Jira/Confluence)
