Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with the firm’s short and long-term business objectives
Lead the implementation of and champion the success of a new HRIS
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, posting, interviewing, and hiring top talent
Lead and continuously improve the firm’s onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless employee experience
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
Partner with firm leadership to manage employee relations and foster a positive, inclusive, and high performing workplace
Manage and administer employee benefits programs to support employee satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with our Controller to administer payroll
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records in accordance with legal and organization standards
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement, and team collaboration

Required

Demonstrated experience in HR compliance and talent acquisition
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements
Proven ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast paced, professional environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion, professionalism, and diplomacy
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving needs
Strong technology skills/aptitude
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
8+ years of human resource management
SHRM-CP
Proficiency in Microsoft office and online recruiting tools
