Responsibilities

Assist in preparing units for move-in

Responsible for the timely upkeep of grounds, landscaping and parking lots

May monitor and repair/clean gauges, trash areas, pets, property exteriors, property hallways, sprinkling systems and fences

Perform various building and property maintenance tasks fulfilling preventative maintenance, service requests, groundskeeping, and turn-over maintenance as needed

Submit requests for supplies to Property Manager

Keep property curb appeal in great condition at all times

Keep work supplies organized in storage areas

Assist with snow removal and salting on sidewalks and entry ways

Some pool maintenance may be required

Provide a high level of customer service to residents

Participates in other tasks and activities as assigned; including some minor maintenance and light cleaning
