Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including language engineers, data services engineers, and other AI model–related technical positions
Source, screen, and assess technical candidates across multiple channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract diverse and specialized talent
Utilize recruitment analytics and tools to track and optimize hiring performance
Ensure an excellent candidate experience from outreach to offer
Work within a large, complex, global organizational structure
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within large or global organizations
Strong sourcing skills with proven experience identifying technical talent
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
High school diploma required
Preferred
Experience recruiting for language engineers, data services roles, or AI model‑related functions highly preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
