HR Specialist – Employee Relations & Compliance
Regulus Group is a leading air traffic management company supporting the FAA on complex modernization programs. The HR Specialist – Employee Relations & Compliance will manage employee relations, HR compliance, benefits administration, and ensure consistent policy execution and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Manage benefits administration and broker relationships
Administer 401(k) compliance and audits
Administer leave programs (FMLA, STD, LTD, LWOP)
Manage unemployment claims and separation compliance
Manage employee relations intake, investigations, and resolution
Administer Performance Improvement Plans and documentation
Maintain audit readiness and compliance reporting
Partner with Payroll and HR Operations on compliance and data accuracy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
5+ years of HR specialist or employee relations experience
Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and benefits administration
Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills
Experience handling investigations and sensitive employee matters while maintaining confidentiality
Manage employee benefits to ensure compliance with plan documents and ERISA requirements
Manage the 401(k) Retirement Plan to ensure compliance with IRS and ERISA requirements
Demonstrate competency in the development of quality, on-time deliverables
Participate in knowledge-sharing opportunities and seek to enhance skills through training and job experience
