Responsibilities
Maintain and develop financial reporting for all business units (Product, Marketing, HQ)
Analyze key metrics such as First Cash, Bookings, Refunds, Revenue
Supervise revenue recognition process, adapt revenue recognition to the new products
Work on automating financial reports and processes using modern tools (PySpark, Airflow, Tableau)
Develop dashboards and reports for various stakeholders (management, operational teams)
Collaborate closely with the CFO and other teams to create analytics that meet current and strategic business needs
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience as a financial analyst or in a related role
Strong understanding of financial metrics and their impact on business processes (Revenue, Bookings, ARPPU, Cash In, etc.)
Sufficiently proficient in Python and SQL for analytics & automatisation
Working experience on analytics tools required (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python, PySpark, Airflow)
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Preferred
Familiar with educational products
Able to independently analyze data and generate hypotheses
Experience with PySpark
