Business Development Specialist
GRN Hudson is a leading company in the premium residential building-products space, and they are seeking a Business Development Specialist to expand its presence in the Detroit, MI area. The role involves driving the sales cycle, building relationships with customers, and managing existing accounts to grow sales.

Responsibilities
Drive all stages of the sales cycle, working cross-functionally with internal marketing and operations teams to develop tailored solutions
Conduct regular in-person meetings with new and existing customers to build relationships, uncover opportunities, and grow sales
Deliver compelling value-proposition presentations to influence purchasing decisions
Proactively network with Custom Home Builders, Interior Designers, and Residential Architects through industry associations and community involvement
Manage a portfolio of existing accounts to ensure retention, customer satisfaction, and incremental growth
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in a consultative sales environment
1+ years of experience selling products or solutions to Interior Designers and Custom Home Builders or within the residential construction/design space
Demonstrated success in relationship building and consistent achievement of sales targets
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
Genuine interest in the design, architecture, and residential construction markets
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
