Responsibilities

Partner with project teams and business leaders to assess change impacts, readiness, and stakeholder needs

Develop and implement change management plans, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies

Create and deliver clear, consistent messaging to support awareness, understanding, and adoption

Collaborate with HR, Communications, and functional teams to design and deliver training programs that build user capability and adoption

Identify risk, resistant points, and adoption barriers; recommend strategies to build buy-in and minimize disruption

Define and track success metrics (e.g., adoption, engagement, training, and performance indicators); provide insights and recommendations to improve outcomes

Support managers and leaders with tools and coaching to strengthen their role as change champions

Maintain and enhance change management frameworks, tools, and templates to ensure consistent application across initiatives

Document lessons learned and share best practices to continuously improve organizational change capability

Facilitate cross-project visibility for change risk readiness when needed
