Outbound Sales Representative
eGifter is a leading gift card technology company founded in 2011, and they are seeking a highly skilled Outbound Sales Representative to join their sales organization. This role involves outbound prospecting to potential merchant clients, delivering a compelling value proposition, and qualifying leads to set high-quality appointments for senior sales leadership.
Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to targeted lists of prospective clients and book appointments for the sales team
Present eGifter’s value proposition with clarity and professionalism
Adapt messaging in real time and respond effectively to objections
Accurately log all call activity, dispositions, and meeting details in Salesforce
Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine targeting, scripts, and approaches
Meet or exceed established daily and weekly performance metrics
Qualification
Required
2+ years of successful outbound sales, appointment setting and/or cold-calling experience
Demonstrated ability to consistently set qualified sales meetings
Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools
Comfortable handling objections and unscripted conversations
Exceptional client-facing communication, presentation, and trust-building skills
Strong attention to detail with a relentless focus on quality
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in dynamic environments
Experience in gift cards, payments, loyalty or related retail tech sales
