Responsibilities

As a Seating Engineer, you will develop and integrate a seat that will exceed expectations in the overall customer experience
Design, develop, and implement technical seating systems solution
Perform engineering design evaluations. May develop a range of products
Utilize engineering tools and processes to successfully develop components and system programs
Optimally achieve program milestones by detailed and thorough program management
You will perform multiple tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

Required

BS in Engineering
2+ years of relevant engineering experience
Demonstrated experience in automotive or aerospace seating engineering, including design, development, validation, and integration of seating systems
Strong understanding of seat structures, mechanisms, comfort/performance requirements, safety regulations, and material selection

Preferred

5+ years of post-graduation engineering experience
