Responsibilities

Conduct complex and high-level audit
Collaborate effectively with internal and external colleagues at all levels
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
Independently perform comprehensive audits across different areas of property and casualty insurance, including claims, underwriting, and compliance
Develop individualized audit plans tailored to meet the specific objectives and preferences of each client
Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management
Collaborate with various departments to implement audit recommendations

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Technical underwriting experience required
Independently perform detailed claim audits
Assist lead auditors on complex, high-level audit assignments to gain experience and develop skills
Draft accurate and comprehensive audit reports
Collaborate effectively with internal and external colleagues at all levels
Some travel required
Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
In-depth knowledge of property and casualty claims and underwriting processes
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both independently and within a team

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred (associate or bachelor's degree acceptable)
10 years of multiline Property & Casualty claims experience preferred
5 years of Property & Casualty claims auditing experience desired
Experience with the London market is a plus
