Responsibilities
Lead and execute a broad range of assurance activities to assess risks within the capital planning coverage area and evaluate the effectiveness of mitigating controls
Proactively identify existing and emerging risks and incorporate them into audit coverage and planning
Deliver clear, actionable insights to senior management regarding risk severity, impact, and control effectiveness
Build strong working relationships with global stakeholders and audit colleagues to drive effective collaboration
Align audit projects and initiatives with departmental and coverage priorities
Oversee team execution of audit deliverables in accordance with established methodology and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Advanced knowledge of financial services, global markets, and regulatory requirements relevant to capital planning and risk management
Strong understanding of audit principles, methodologies, tools, and processes, including risk assessments, planning, testing, reporting, and continuous monitoring
Ability to clearly and concisely communicate risk and business impact to diverse audiences
Demonstrated project and change management skills, with the ability to support teams through evolving ways of working
Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging data to inform risk assessments and audit focus
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop talent while fostering an inclusive team environment
A minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience is typically expected
