3Sixty Duty Free is seeking a Treasury Analyst who will report to the Treasury Manager. The role involves performing Treasury operations and assisting with various treasury and financial processes, including cash forecasting and vendor payments.

Responsibilities

Supports cash requirement forecasting

Process vendor payments and assist with month end reconciliations as needed including: the creation of new templates in banking platforms, execute ACH payments, Wire transfers (domestic and international), check payments, and record journal entry of treasury activity in our Financial System

Ensure accurate maintenance of bank accounts, balances, bank/treasury systems and bank fees

Maintain communication with banking institutions

Prepare weekly ad hoc funding to all divisions based on requests

Interaction with many different levels of the organization

Contribute to the growth of the Treasury department by providing analytical and reporting expertise

Work closely with A/P to prioritize invoices

Serve as backup for our any division (Retail, In-Fight, Distribution)

Assist with Merchant Service needs for our Retail and In-Flight divisions

Special projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor
