Responsibilities

Partner with Regional Sales Managers to provide pre-sales technical consultation and system design support

Conduct design and application reviews for complex hybrid inverter and energy storage projects

Collaborate with Technical Support team on field commissioning, troubleshooting, and VIP-level issue resolution for key accounts

Deliver installer trainings, webinars, and technical demos that accelerate partner enablement

Act as the customer advocate within Sol-Ark, relaying real-world insights to influence product roadmaps and documentation

Collaborate with Product and Applications Engineering to refine installation standards and technical collateral

Identify opportunities to proactively solve customer problems and propose scalable solutions before they escalate

Support trade shows, roadshows, and sales presentations as the technical subject matter expert

Up to 25% travel possible
