Responsibilities

Qualify inbound leads for the sales team
Manage lead and customer records in Salesforce
Monitor web chat for the sales team
Work with brand partners to secure program and marketing approvals
Work with the accounting department to ensure smooth flow of customer payments
Manage pricing changes and associated customer communications
Work with the customer support team and account managers to resolve help-desk tickets
Run and review sales reports
Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and the client experience

Qualification

Required

2+ years of experience in sales, sales support or account management
Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tool, Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Background in gift cards, payments, prepaid solutions, FinTech, or related industries (e.g., loyalty, eCommerce, digital marketing, regulatory/FinCEN environment)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional client-facing communication, presentation, and trust-building skills
Strong attention to detail with a relentless focus on quality
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in dynamic environments
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred

Experience with ZenDesk or other support ticketing systems is a plus
