Executive Assistant - Part time
Presidio Insurance is a rapidly growing commercial and personal lines insurance agency seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Executive Assistant. This role focuses on supporting day-to-day back-office insurance operations, ensuring smooth workflows, timely client service, and strong carrier relationships.
Responsibilities
Provide billing support and coordination between clients and insurance carriers
Prepare and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
Review, organize, and prepare insurance quotes for presentation
Support renewal processing and general policy servicing
Maintain accurate documentation and records in agency management systems
Assist the Principal with other administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience working with an insurance agency or insurance carrier
Proven back-office insurance experience (commercial and/or personal lines)
Familiarity with insurance documentation, billing processes, and certificates
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Professional communication skills with clients, carriers, and internal team members
Preferred
Experience supporting agency leadership or principals
Comfort working in a growing, fast-paced agency environment
Interest in long-term growth, with the potential to transition into a full-time role
