Responsibilities

Assist with managing clinical supply operations to ensure accurate labeling, storage, and accountability of all materials
Coordinating supply ordering, shipping, and timely delivery to study sites
Overseeing the return management of unused supplies in compliance with regulations
Maintaining precise documentation aligned with SOPs, GMP, and quality standards
Fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
Reviewing study-related documents
Performing other tasks as needed to support clinical operations

Required

Associate's or related degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and organization skills are a must
Experience effectively working in cross-functional teams
Team player with the ability to work independently to accomplish objectives within the timelines established
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
